How Do We Use, Collect and Share Clients’ Information?

Please note that the only information we have access to, is what you provide us when requesting or purchasing our services, such as your name, phone number, home address, email address, payment information, etc. By providing us with this information, you are giving us permission to use your data for the intended purposes listed in this notice. We will not sell or rent this information.

Any information requested is used for the following:

  • Email addresses:

Our main form of communication is either through an online form or by email. We will only use your email address to respond to your inquiry. Please keep in mind that email transmissions are not encrypted by default, so do not send any sensitive information or bank account information via such contact forms.

You may automatically be opted in to receive emails from Janet Farnsworth, but you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

  • Social Media:

During our courses, you will have access to a Facebook group to provide you with further support. Any information you share here, is purely to help you with your personal growth and to track your progress. Your personal information will be held with strict confidentiality.  

  • Third Party Websites and Applications:

Your information will not be shared with any third party outside our company, other than the companies we have partnered with or whose services we use (e.g. Click funnels, Convert kit, Calendly etc.). We do not use these third-party websites to collect personal information from individuals, nor do we have control or access over the information stored by these third-parties.

  • Calendly:

If you would like to have 1:1 coaching with Janet Farnsworth, you will be prompted to book a consultation on Calendly. We may ask you some questions, alongside your personal details, to understand you and your situation better.

  • Use of Cookies:

Cookies are small files that are sent from a website to a user’s computer and stores information, such as their IP Geographic location. Your browser gives us a unique identifier to use each time you access our site. Cookies allow us to analyse how our website is being used and improve a user’s experience. We only use cookies on our site to record a user’s preference and therefore optimize our website to make it easier to access every time they visit.

We also use third-party analytics, such as Google Analytics, to record data on the pages you visit, how you interact on the website, which ads you click on etc. These cookies don’t gather any personal information you have on your computer.
